Delete your account

The quickest way is inside the app: open Settings, then Manage account, then Delete account. You will be asked to sign in again first, then it takes effect immediately.

Deleting from inside the app also clears that account's phrasebooks, history and photos from the device, so back up first if you want to keep them. Backups you have saved as files stay where you put them.

If you no longer have the app

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and plan within 7 days and reply to confirm. Nothing on your device is touched by this; delete the app to remove that.

What deletion removes

Your account, your plan and the details Kinde holds (email, name, picture).

What it does not remove: crash reports already sent (they carry no account details) and feedback emails you sent us, unless you ask for those too.
